Meet John Dunham

Real estate is a family tradition for John who has proudly called Austin home since 1981. He has assisted a range of clients all over Austin with an appreciation for older, Central Austin homes. John's experience has allowed his client relationships to extend beyond real estate transactions. His clients appreciate his honesty, reliable advice, and neighborhood knowledge leading them to consistently refer others to him. A career that spans nearly 20 years, John has personally navigated the range of real estate possibilities from buying, selling, investing, and renovating, so he can share first-hand knowledge and help clients through the process with ease.

John's drive and work ethic were forged at a young age as an elite swimmer and collegiate athlete at Clemson University. This determination carries over today as a Boston Marathon and Ironman finisher. He is a 3-time winner of the Platinum Top 50 program, which highlights agents' outstanding achievements in sales, education, industry participation, and civic leadership. John is a founding member and principal with Juice Real Estate Group who helped guide the collaboration with Compass in 2019. Compass allows the Juice hyper-local brand to continue while utilizing the tech-driven, personalized approach, combining a collaborative agent community, and in-house creative agency. It was a joint venture that ultimately benefits our already raving fans and clients.

Committed to giving back, he serves as Community Advisory Committee Co-Chair at Ronald McDonald House Charities, assists with community enhancements through Violet Crown Community Works, and participates in Generation Server with his wife and children.

Meet Brittney McCahill

As a graduate of San Francisco State University, Brittney carries a degree in Broadcasting Electronic Communications as well as a passion for real estate. With her background working as a sales and marketing specialist for one of the top producing staging companies in San Francisco, Brittney has helped implement staging designs for over 100 properties and has a great eye for marketing properties. Making strong connections between clients, agents, and designers, it was obvious her passion was to pursue real estate early in her career.

Coming from California, Brittney worked at a boutique luxury real estate firm in Santa Barbara with one of the top agents, assisting in total sales of $70 million. As a realtor, Brittney arranged showings for multiple properties, booked luxurious vacation rentals, coordinated the escrow process for purchases and sales, and managed portfolios for over 75 tenants in the Santa Barbara area.

Brittney's dedication to deepening relationships and tenacious work ethic as a team player make her an asset to Juice Real Estate. As a key member of John’s team, her marketing skills, communication style, strong attention to detail, and her sincere relationship with John have provided the team with an invaluable skillset.

Meet Jenn Reilly

Jenn organizes all important dates/timelines in the contract, interacts directly with the title and the lender to ensure we are hitting each milestone along the way, ensures the appraisal has been ordered, schedules closing time for sellers, collect relevant information about the home to pass along to the buyer, sends reminds on where and what to bring to closing.

Both Brittney and Jenn work in tandem with John as additional resources.
