September Statistics

Now that everyone is back from vacation and school is in session we are seeing more stabilization within the market.  The Brentwood neighborhood is still seeing a pretty fluid market, but not as crazy as earlier in the year.

As I suggested in my last blog post about stats, I indicated our market is going to remain steady through the Fall which seems to be true for the month of September.
